This application can help you keep your vaccination records up to date and on hand. Easy to use to enter historical vaccinations as well as current vaccinations the day they are given. User profiles for the whole family can be added.

You can email your vaccination records to your doctor before or during your appointments, or to your school or employer when requested. Or you can email them to your computer and print a copy when needed.

Vaccination records are very important. You, or your parents (for children), are responsible for keeping these records. Doctors are only required to keep vaccination records for a few years.

Having your vaccination records on hand may save you (or your child) some shots in the future.

Note: My Shots is intended to be the iPhone equivalent of the typical vaccination record, as described above, like the one people used to keep in their wallets. It only stores the dates when vaccines were given for each family member.

Because next-due vaccinations vary on an individual basis, we recommend setting up reminders in your Calendar App, according to your health care providers instructions.
